Well, Terri Schiavo has passed away, without even the comfort of her parents' presence, thanks to her murderous, treacherous "husband". May that poor soul rest in peace. May God bless her family and may God help us all as we take one giant step towards becoming Logan's Run.

I agree with you 100%...My mom always taught me that what comes around goes around. He will get his. Also, I don't think I have ever been more happy for someone to not have to deal with this earth anymore.

I cannot believe this whole thing happened. I feel empty.
I'm glad Terri no longer has to suffer, but God help the people who inflicted the suffering on her.
This is a very bitter pill to swallow, to be sure. However, I have to trust that God's purposes have been fulfilled in this whole sad, sorry case.
It's been said that this case is not something unique in the legal/medical system of our country - that it was the confluence of a bitter family dispute with partisan politics that brought the issue to the forefront of our national consciousness.
If that's true, then shame on us for not having this debate long, long ago for so many others who have been unjustly deprived of life. And further shame on us if we let this fight die with Terri.
