If you've never watched the English version of The Office, then don't bother watching this, because it will just seem, well, terrible. If you have watched the show, but you never saw the Christmas Special, prepare to need some Depends Undergarments. This is David Brent's music video. For my money, this is just about as funny as it gets. Ricky Gervais, you are a total genius.

I can't play this because it's the middle of the night, and if my mother heard noise coming from my room, she'd crawl up the stairs to save my 64-year old ass from whatever was noisily menacing me. I do however know the english version of The Office, and wasted many months refusing to watch the American one because that's how crusty I am about North American rip-offs of good television. That didn't stop me from watching that strange Japanese-fratboy hybrid on Spike though. I don't know why but it kills me to see people bash into poles and fall off giant whirling logs to their near-death.
Oh gosh, I love that video. Didn't he do one for Free Love Freeway too?
Oh, did you hear that some cast members for the BBC Office will be making appearances on the American Office this season? Apparantly, Ricky Gervais won't be one of the guests, which is a shame.
He did one for Free Love Freeway, but it was not so much of a spoof. Still, funny song!
Being English has many benefits. Seeing the original The Office first time aroud is one of them. Then again, it is always good to see this clip. Thank you for sharing your good taste.
